Slowly starting to upload all these wild dance videos I have. But here’s a new one for you. Dance has been , very much, few and far between for me these past two years. But when it comes , my world melts, and something truly lifts.

I’ve come to terms with the fact that it’s not always mine to harness or find time for. But when I really truly need her , this practice of just ecstatic dancing , being completely weirdo and free, has definitely helped me in ways modern medicine has never and could not touch.
